Throughout his nine years with RAM, Richard has developed a comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges that trades and field service businesses face daily.
His client-first approach focuses on helping fleet operators gain better visibility, control costs, and protect valuable assets.
Richard is also a passionate traveller who loves exploring new destinations, experiencing live music, and discovering great food wherever he goes.

Daniel Briggs serves as Marketing Director at RAM, applying nearly two decades of marketing leadership to accelerate growth across multiple sectors.
Dan's approach combines data-driven insights with a deep understanding of what trades businesses actually need, not corporate jargon, but practical tools and value that put money back in their pockets.
Dan loves staying active and challenging himself, and recently completed his first marathon, bringing the same discipline and persistence to that as he shows with his marketing approach.

With more than 25 years in technology and over 5 years specifically working on telematics, Richard has helped develop solutions that deliver measurable safety and efficiency gains for fleets.
When he’s not working, Richard is a keen cyclist. He enjoys epic sportives in the UK and abroad, which helps him stay focussed and guide teams through demanding challenges.
